1. Impounded Vehicle Fees

2. How do I find out if City Towing towed my vehicle?
- If you are the registered owner and have your license plate number or the vehicle identification number available you can call our office 24 hours at (408) 297-6792 and a dispatcher will be more than happy to assist you.
3. How can I get my car back?
- If your vehicle was impounded you would have to call the agency that had your vehicle towed to see if a release is needed.
4. If my car is impounded would I be able to retrieve my belongings?
- Yes we release property to the current registered owner with a valid photo ID monday through friday 9am-5pm
5. What happens if I don’t retrieve my vehicle?
- A lien sale is conducted on all vehicles stored in our facility for more than 72 hours. If vehicles are not recovered by the lien sale date we will sell the vehicle at our auction and the last interested party will be sent to collections for the amount due that is not recovered from the sale.
6. Does City Towing offer business account towing?
- Yes we do, we offer numerous types of account towing. Call us today to set up an account that will benefit your business.
7. What forms of payment are accepted?
- We accept cash, all major credit cards, business checks, and cashiers checks. Please note to purchase an auction vehicle we only accept cash.
